What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called “tapping,” is a gentle mind-body approach that combines light tapping on specific meridian points with guided conversation. This technique helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and shift negative thought patterns, creating space for emotional balance and clarity.

Birth Package includes:
3 x antenatal visits, where you are supported with education, encouragement and empowerment.
An on-call period of a month around your due date. This allows you the comfort of knowing that I am ready to go if you should go into labour at anytime. I am also there for you should any fears/worries or questions arise - I’m just one call or message away.
My services for the birth. I will be there to support, encourage and advocate for you throughout your labour and birth.
2 x postpartum visits in your home after baby is born. These can include: birth debriefing, some meal preparation, support and guidance for this new transition, and most of all encouragement to own your mothering journey!

Postpartum Package includes:
1x antenatal visit, where we tailor the postpartum package to suit you. This can include, meal planning, information around local services, breastfeeding support and prep for the postpartum period
The package is broken into 2-4 hourly visits, which are usually scheduled once or twice a week with a total of 24 hours of care. This usually means 1 x 4 hourly visit a week for 6 weeks, but personalised packages can be arranged.
Postpartum support and care is holding you while you hold your baby. The visits will include birth debriefing, some meal preparation, support and guidance in this new transition, and most of all the encouragement to own your mothering journey!

Bringing a new baby home is a big transition—one that deserves care, preparation, and a safe space to process. This online session is designed to help you feel supported and confident as you step into postpartum life.
What’s included:
Personalized Postpartum Plan: Together, we’ll map out your priorities for rest, recovery, and bonding.
Freezer Meal Ideas & Nutrition Tips: Practical suggestions to keep you nourished and energized during those early weeks.
Newborn Care Guidance: Space to talk through any concerns or questions about feeding, sleep, and soothing your baby.
Emotional Support: A compassionate, judgment-free space to share your feelings and find clarity as you navigate this new chapter.
